Job Description Business Banking Relationship Analysts partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage Business Banking relationships and the loan portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive written analysis.
• Manage credit quality within the team’s credit portfolio.
• Provide guidance to customers by identifying and successfully capitalizing on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships.
• Manage credit risk and respond to prospect and/or customer credit questions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five to eight years of Business Banking experience
Nice-to-haves
• Well-developed credit and financial analysis skills
• Knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
• Demonstrated understanding of complex financial accounting
• Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
