They are seeking a Business Automation Specialist to act as the primary architect of their digital tools ecosystem, helping to connect various tools and maintain smooth operations as the company grows.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement complex flows, validation rules, and custom objects to streamline the sales and fulfillment pipeline on SalesforceCreate no-code and low-code integrations using Zapier to connect Salesforce with Airtable, email marketing tools, and our internal databasesCreate process maps and data diagrams in tools like Miro, use these to find gaps and work on continuous improvementsWrite custom JavaScript or Python scripts to automate high-level workflows in Airtable and Salesforce that standard 'out-of-the-box' features cannot handleBuild and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into the health of the businessDevelop metrics within Salesforce to track customer satisfaction, sales velocity, and team performanceBuild logic to identify 'at-risk' clients and churn patterns, enabling the team to intervene before a customer loses engagementManage the technical side of clinical studies, ensuring data integrity within our CRM for all involved stakeholdersKeep our existing automation scripts running smoothly and fix any bugs that pop upWork with other departments to find out what is slowing them down and build solutions for themCreate or update documentation, guides or training sessions to help the team learn how to use the new tools you buildSkillsProven experience configuring Flows, Reports, Dashboards to solve complex business problemsStrong experience with scripting languages like JavaScript and Python to extend automation capabilitiesPrevious experience with databases and SQL queries to pull insights from multiple sourcesStrong proficiency in Excel and Word for data mapping and process documentationCapability to understand complex operational workflows and convert them into efficient, automated systemsExperience working with AI used in real operational environmentsExperience in startups or small organisationsExperience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, powerautomate etcSalesforce Certification: (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder)Experience with BI tools (Basedash, Tableau, Quicksight, or PowerBI)Deep experience with Airtable and ZapierA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a similar fieldBenefitsUnlimited Vacation policy.Flexible work options.Group benefits plan (medical and dental)Snacks in the office.Dog friendly office.Company OverviewTrexo is building one of the first wearable robotic devices designed specifically to help children with disabilities walk.
