About the Role:
We're looking for a Business Analyst to interface between stakeholders and the technical team to help evolve the SGI Auto Fund DRIVE platform. This role focuses on requirements gathering, impact analysis, and user-centric improvement.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Gather business requirements and map them to system capabilities
ā¢ Engage stakeholders to improve user experience and workflows
ā¢ Work with developers to refine features and functionality
ā¢ Track project metrics, identify enhancement areas, and support UAT
Skills & Experience:
ā¢ Experience working with SGI DRIVE platform Mandatory
ā¢ 3+ years experience in business analysis within agile teams
ā¢ Strong understanding of event-based systems and microservices
ā¢ Familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog and requirement tracking

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
