Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative working from home, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English) Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues related to products or services Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure efficient issue resolution Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS, MacOS, or comparable technology is an asset Offering additional products and/or services to customers as needed Delivering expert customer experiences with a positive and professional attitude Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Fluency in both French and English 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar environment A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home to ensure productivity The ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position) High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to championing our people.
