Need Business Analyst with strong exp in Airline Passenger Revenue Accounting.
Ā 12+ years of experience in Business analysis, Airline Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA), Airlines and / or Travel industry
Ā Working knowledge on NDC & One Order initiatives- Must
Ā Thorough understanding of ARC Settlements including ARC IAR, Memo Manager, ASP, ARC Pay Hub, SPRF, CAT, BOS, Credit Card Billing (CCB), etc. Alternately at least thorough understanding of BSP & Airline Settlements and Airlines CCB is desired
Ā Create & document User Stories by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (in excel and / or Jira)
Ā Able to create BRD, GAP documents, Swim Lane Diagrams, Creating Process Flow charts etc.
Ā Perform functional analysis and support in data & reports analysis, developing business mapping, wherever required
Ā Facilitate and organize business process & application walkthroughs, demos, requirements workshops and meetings with customers product owners & business and Track completion of action items identified to closure
Ā Understand & identify how the customers are using the applications and capture additional requirements based on the feedback
Ā Drive to ensure scope clarity from customer & product owner and be able to split larger requirements into smaller sub-requirements, categorize them (e.g. data, UI, logic), perform additional analysis and supporting documentation as may be required
Ā Communicate and conduct knowledge transfer sessions regarding requirements / user stories with scrum team/s
Ā Participate in sessions for grooming Jira user stories or detailed requirements review with internal and customers team
Ā Assist in composing roadmap, prioritization, and sprint planning
Ā Track product backlog and help the scrum team/s so it can deliver the most important tasks incrementally
Ā Be responsive in addressing questions from internal and external teams by quickly providing that support that is needed to be productive
Ā Discuss on any new or changing requirements on a regular basis with the customers product owner
Ā Participate in holding sprint demo sessions with customers product owner, and stakeholders
Ā Work closely, interact & communicate on a regular basis with customers product owner/s
Ā Serve as the liaison between internal team and customers product owner & business team and solicit inputs on data mapping and dependencies
Ā Participate in solution designing workshops & review sessions with sprint team/s
Ā Assist sprint team/s in the development and identification of business needs supporting the functions
Ā Must have excellent verbal, written, documentation skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ā Experience on Testing, preparing Test cases, etc.
Ā Creating RFP Responses & Management presentations
