You'll succeed in this role if you have a big picture perspective. You can identify a need for change, articulate and facilitate it. You'll have an interest in driving efficiencies, alignment, and holistic change, and have the ability to build sustainable global reporting models. Your outstanding communications skills will enable success across teams in our global organization.
What you'll be doing...
? Work with global sales leadership to enhance and optimize business processes
? Monitor the quality of functional data through dashboards/KPI's to ensure accuracy
? Analyze and report on trend data
? Own and manage Salesforce system efficiencies, system updates and process changes
? Serve as the initial functional point of contact for any Salesforce inquiry
? Build and change tracking and reporting documents using performance metrics
? Develop and manage weekly, monthly and annual reporting dashboards
? Provide reporting, data and sales tracking information
? Roll out system upgrades through departmental documentation, training, and auditing
What you'll bring to us...
? Bachelor's in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field
? 4 years of business analytics experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS subscription environment
? 4 years in CRM reporting, strong preference for Salesforce
? Experience in aggregating data, as well as writing and revising reports
? Rollout of system upgrades and ability to measure success
? Understanding of structure and operations of relational databases and the ability to aggregate data through Excel
? Strong communications skills, interpersonal, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
? Strong Microsoft Office skills, including TEAMS, and advanced Excel
Would Be Great:
? Previous Salesforce or other CRM superuser responsibilities
? MBA or MS in Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics
? Good leadership and project management skills
