Job Description:
The Worldwide Business Management and Operations team is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding and implementing new and repeatable processes, providing insights to the organizations we support, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

Analyzing data to identify patterns and trends that drive business decisions
Collaborating with teams to develop strategic reports and dashboards
Writing SQL to build datasets and performing data analysis
Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and maintenance
Researching and gathering data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of business outcomes
Identifying underlying drivers of data issues and developing solutions
Enabling effective self-service by retrieving and collecting data from multiple sources and presenting it in a meaningful format
Presenting business reviews to senior management and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, and other tools to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Quicksight, or similar software
Knowledge of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
