Primary Responsibilities: Works with Business users, Domain Architects and Software Engineers to document requirements and technical specifications Work in data & business intelligence (BI) to connect dots and create insights (including dashboards) Create business intelligence solutions and models Perform analysis, interpret results, analyze & investigate, develop actionable insights and present recommendations Develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis Other duties may apply ***ENGLISH PROFICIENCY ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION*** You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of total experience working with Power BI 3+ years of total experience in SQL Experience creating and maintaining data mapping documents using MS Excel Experience consuming high-level design documents and breaking them down into user stories to be consumed and implemented by the engineers Proficient communication in English Proven solid verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work in ambiguity Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare industry Experience creating and maintaining process flow diagrams in Visio Experience creating and maintaining UI mockups using Balsamiq Mockups At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
