We're seeking an experienced Seasonal Data Entry Specialist to join our Customer Relations division at our Carson headquarters. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing written customer orders, and taking telephone orders. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide above-and-beyond customer service through phone, email, and written communication
* Process written customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Take telephone orders, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
* Maintain accurate records and data entry, ensuring high levels of attention to detail
* Collaborate with the Customer Relations team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to type at least 50 wpm
* Great phone etiquette and high call volume experience
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Availability to work full-time, 6 am-6 pm, or be flexible within those hours
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
