Position: Customer Support Associate
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week with 1 Rotational Week Off
Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts (Day shifts for female candidates, 24/7 for male candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch resolutions to customer queries and issues.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while assisting customers.
Requirements:
Open to undergraduates and graduates.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills are essential.
