VaxCare's RCM Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge and money. We research claims, analyze denials and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare's bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company's rapid growth!
We are searching for someone who is passionate about analyzing trends and problem solving. In this role, the ideal candidate will analyze data to identify claim trends and work claims in aggregate to get claims paid.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
? Auditing of Bulk Issues
? Audit Bulk payer issues to ensure claims are worked correctly to maximize payments
? Audit corrections to claims to maximize payments
? Use Salesforce to track activities for Bulk Issues
? Deliver weekly reporting on progress of bulk issue audits
? Ongoing Collection Activities
? Collect on bulk payer issues by working denied claims, calling payers as needed
Maintain ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly processes for working claims in bulk
QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
? Self motivated ? ability to jump in where help is needed
? Detail oriented and focused ? pays attention to details and checks their work for quality
? Critical thinker ? ability to brainstorm possible solutions
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
? Excel skills required
? Prior experience working with payers and health insurance claims preferred
Note: Team Members in this position will be responsible for implementing and acting in accordance with VaxCare's information security policies; protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference; executing specific security processes or activities as assigned by the Information Security and/ or Privacy officers; and reporting security events or potential security risks to the organization. Team Members in this role will be involved in the processing of protected patient and/or payment information and will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of the information within their scope of work.
