What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver remote technical support on Siemens proprietary products
- Respond promptly to critical building alarms and implement necessary corrective actions
- Troubleshoot network, software, and programming malfunctions remotely
- Operate Building Automation Control Systems
- Maintain comprehensive activity records and service reporting documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years field experience with Building Automation & Integrated Systems
- 3 years' experience in customer service call handling and dispatching
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system mechanics and temperature controls
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of Fire protection & Security Alarm systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Siemens Integration Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PC, and business software systems
- Ability to work effectively in high call processing environments
