If you’re ready to do the most ambitious work of your career, join us.工作内容：根据公司市场战略，完成跨境支付业务的增长目标，负责对跨境市场客户的深度维护，挖掘客户跨境金融领域的场景化潜在需求定期跟进商户的日常跨境支付交易，并对商户的经营状况进行了解上报关注行业政策、动态及相关风控合规要求，推进跨境业务发展配合产品、研发等团队，收集整理并分析市场信息，及时作出反馈及建议核心职责：切实迅速地为客户解决问题。包括但不仅限于：价格配置/KYC/KYB/交易监测等。作为专家，提供数据分析、优化等支持，促进客户的业务发展。维护客户关系，挖掘新的商业机会推动产品/功能/流程的优化或创新基本条件：（以下信息供参考，非绝对标准）学历背景优秀，211/985，有基础英文听说读写能力3-5年相关行业工作经验，或有大型企业经验者优先注重细节、结果导向; 沟通表达强，逻辑清晰有商业嗅觉，能主动挖掘客户需求和痛点，挖掘商业机会对内和外都有良好的语言表达能力，有信息数据收集、数据分析能力强，有数据敏感度积极主动，有激情，有团队合作精神，学习能力强，抗压能力强Equal opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
