The incumbent may be placed in primarily an implementation or customer support (post-implementation) role and may move between the two, as needed by the business. The Senior Implementation Specialist interacts directly with customers.How You Will Contribute:Create and configure new and existing moderately (or greater) complex customer websites (using third party software), following established SOPs and best practices.Responsible for final testing and auditing of own and others configured of moderate complexity software to ensure proper functioning, with oversight.Assist with providing guidance on the development of SOPsBuild courteous and successful relationships with customers, vendors and carriers to improve customer retention.Primarily responsible for documentation of renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the sales management database.Assist with the education of customers’ HR administrators on benefits programs, legislation, and regulatory requirements, with respect to assigned software, with very limited oversight.Assist with training customers’ HR administrators on assigned software, with very limited oversight.Provide direct and indirect (through teammate development) daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directedMaintains a functional knowledge of health and benefits products, services and tools in order to appropriately configure and test software tools.Skills & Experience to Be Successful:Minimum education required: Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience5+ years of Bswift software implementation experienceAbility to readily learn and apply new information/conceptsIntermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation, ideally obtained through a service provider or mid to large market resellerAbility to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time)Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solvingAttention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines​Total Rewards Compensation:Performance-based BonusPay Range58k-75k based on experiencePay Range$60,000 - $75,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.Teammate Benefits & Total Well-BeingWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:Health Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Financial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement Mental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy ServicesBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.
