Join the Breeze Team as a Part-Time Flight Attendant in Orlando!

Breeze Airways is looking for "Seriously Nice" people to join our MCO Crew Base as Part-Time Flight Attendants. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, stays calm when things get busy, and believes kindness makes all the difference, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

At Breeze, our Flight Attendants are the heart of the guest experience. You'll be the friendly face passengers remember, the reassuring voice during turbulence, and the teammate everyone can count on. We operate with five core values—Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence—and we're looking for people who naturally embody them.

What You'll Be Doing?

Every flight is a chance to make someone's day better. In this role, you'll welcome guests aboard, help with seating and luggage, answer questions, and stay present throughout the journey. But it's about more than service—you'll also play a vital role in keeping everyone safe.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment guests step onboard
  • Remaining calm and composed when things don't go as planned—because travel can be unpredictable
  • Working closely with your fellow crew members—collaboration and mutual respect are everything here
  • Staying flexible when schedules shift due to weather or operational needs
  • Keeping up with FAA regulations and company procedures (we'll provide the training!)
  • Serving meals, snacks, and beverages with attention to hygiene and presentation
  • Maintaining cabin cleanliness and keeping the galley organized, even in tight spaces
  • Providing clear instructions on safety and evacuation procedures
  • Administering first aid or medical care if the situation calls for it
  • Completing security screenings and Autism Awareness Training
  • Upholding a professional appearance and attitude, whether you're in the cabin or representing Breeze elsewhere

We're seeking people who are naturally service-oriented, adaptable, and ready to bring their best every day. If the following sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you:

  • At least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to sit and buckle into the Flight Attendant jumpseat on both E190 and A220 aircraft
  • Able to meet height requirements for reaching emergency equipment and having adequate cabin head clearance
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance with a positive, professional presence
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Able to pass vision and hearing tests
  • Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test, TSA fingerprint-based background check, and Breeze background check
  • Valid passport with at least six months remaining (required at time of application)
  • Legal right to work and travel freely to/from the United States
  • Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
  • Able to work "Reserve Assignment" in your assigned base
  • Must live within a two-hour driving distance from Orlando International Airport

On Appearance

We want you to be yourself. Nose piercings are welcome—studs only, 2mm or smaller, in silver, gold, or gemstone (no hoops). Earrings are limited to two per ear while in uniform. Tattoos are allowed within company guidelines, which we'll share during the selection process. No teeth embellishments, please.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed

  • Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods
  • Clear, confident communication—you'll be making announcements and giving instructions
  • Comfort lifting up to 50 pounds and handling carts with up to 60 pounds of push/pull force
  • Ability to assist passengers with disabilities, including using in-flight wheelchairs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when things don't go as planned
  • A collaborative mindset—you're just as happy helping a teammate as you are helping a guest
  • Skilled at de-escalating tense situations with patience and empathy

What You Can Expect?

This is a part-time position based in Orlando, with a monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours. You'll need to complete initial Flight Attendant training (which is paid!) and be ready to interview and be selected for the role.

Perks of the Job

We believe in taking care of our people. Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Flight Attendant hourly pay: $25–$37.50
  • Paid training
  • 401K with company match (eligible after 90 days)
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Travel benefits on Breeze starting after 30 days of employment
  • Travel benefits on other airlines starting after six months
  • Initial luggage and uniform provided by Breeze
