We’re looking for a Brand Transition Release and Logistics Coordinator to oversee the seamless flow of products from production to delivery, making sure every step meets regulatory standards and aligns with our corporate strategies. Skills • Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint • Excellent communication and project management skills • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus • Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Regulatory Affairs are advantageous Responsibilities • Ensure products comply with brand transition release timing and import requirements from production to final delivery • Develop and maintain detailed release and shipping schedules that sync with production timelines and manufacturing needs • Act as the main point of contact between manufacturing plants, logistics teams, regulatory partners, and internal departments for smooth product flow • Prepare and present executive-level updates in PowerPoint, highlighting progress, potential risks, and strategic recommendations • Identify and address potential regulatory and logistical risks, developing strategies to ensure a smooth supply chain • Continuously evaluate and enhance processes related to regulatory compliance and shipping logistics to boost efficiency and reduce costs • Create, update, and maintain work instructions and documentation related to brand transition and logistics processes, including shipping records and compliance checks Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field • At least 5 years in supply chain management, logistics, or regulatory affairs, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals • Project Management certification is preferred Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s degree Experience Requirements • Minimum of 5 years in supply chain management, logistics, or regulatory affairs Why work in Boonton, NJ Boonton, NJ, offers a charming suburban atmosphere with easy access to urban amenities.
