Passionate about developing creative ideas to help the world’s biggest brands connect with their audiences, we work collaboratively across the entire Edelman network to transform brands’ reputations.In order to continue to grow and deliver at a pace, we’re now looking for an energetic and ambitious Brand PR professional to play a lead role on some of the world’s largest global brands. You will be responsible for managing teams of up to seven across these accounts – some of whom you’ll directly line-manage.You will also work in collaboration with senior team colleagues to identify and implement entrepreneurial and operational initiatives capable of delivering fame for the wider business. Additionally, using key insights and Edelman’s owned IP, you will build strong strategic platforms and have the competence to present to and influence top tier clients.We are currently working in a hybrid model, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities: Leadership of Brand PR account teams, overseeing and developing multi-market campaignsIdentifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader opportunities from a prospecting perspectiveCounselling clients confidently and maturely on communications marketing including PR, digital, social and content creationOverseeing client programs and driving creative campaignsDrive sustainability-focused campaigns for multi-national organizations and act as a subject matter expert in this spaceWriting PR proposals and other strategic communications materials to grow existing accountsLeading new business pitches including developing RFI / RFP proposals and formal pitch meetingsTaking responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and managing teams, developing junior team members, and line management responsibilitiesDirecting media engagement strategy for clients and coaching teams to activate and deliver coverage, leading from the frontFull responsibility for overall financial management – forecasting, hours allocation for team members, project & plan budgeting, managing servicing levels.Support and develop Edelman’s IP and marketing initiatives, helping to develop our position in the market and maximizing the role of the Edelman Trust Barometer for existing and potential clients Experience, Skill and Qualifications required Strong experience in the fields of public relations, communications, marketing or similarStrong, proven track record of creative capabilities and best in class media relations, across significant strategic and global communicationsStrong writing skills, including the ability to provide clear and comprehensive feedback on documents to junior membersStrong understanding of digital and other technologies for storytelling and communicationsExperience of working to and maintaining significant budgets, pulling together detailed budget plans, and demonstrating an understanding of client financial models and targetsExperience of writing and delivering multi-market toolkitsProven ability in identifying areas of growth and opportunity for clientsProven experience working with Global Brands in an integrated communications roleProven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and unite teams behind a central concept, with experience of successfully selling in those concepts to clients and seeing them through to execution Additional Information Edelman cree que la inclusión de todos los géneros, razas, orígenes, edades, orientaciones sexuales, religiones y discapacidades contribuye a que seamos más innovadores y creativos.
