⢠Litigate insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims on behalf of policyholders
⢠Analyze complex policies, draft coverage opinions, and pursue recoveries against insurers
⢠Handle trials, motions, depositions, discovery, and strategy in high-stakes bad faith and coverage actions ⢠Represent businesses and individuals in denials of claims, including property, liability, business interruption, and more
⢠Manage caseload with partner support and mentorship to grow your practice
âď¸ About you: 5+ years of insurance coverage experience (policyholder side preferred; defense experience considered if strong advocacy skills). Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location: Hybrid or remote from OC or Century City
Package:
