Branch Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

As a Branch Operations Coordinator at Wells Fargo, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency within our National Branch Network. You will oversee teller operations, provide exceptional customer service, support branch management in daily tasks, and contribute to the overall success of the branch. This position is ideal for... individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for operational excellence in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and facilitate introductions to bankers to enhance the customer experience
• Execute operational tasks while adhering to established policies to minimize risks. Handle routine to moderately complex transactions and support various operational functions efficiently
• Aid the Branch Manager with scheduling, operational tasks, and issue resolution related to the teller line, in alignment with regional banking management directives
• Address and resolve customer and employee concerns or complaints. Provide outstanding service by demonstrating care, building strong relationships, and completing transactions promptly
• Inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives. Identify and address the financial needs of customers to drive branch success

Qualifications and Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and issue resolution or equivalent, including work, training, military experience, or education

Preferred:
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently handling complex issues
• Experience in educating customers about technology and mobile banking options
• Strong integrity and professionalism in interactions with customers and employees
• Capability to detect and manage potential fraud or risky accounts
• Experience with cash handling and maintaining well-organized operations in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
• Relevant military experience in benefits management, human resources, or recruiting is advantageous
