Box Truck Dispatch Coordinator (Worldwide, Must Follow U.S. Law & Operate Without Sensitive Access) - Contract to Hire

Dispatcher for U.S. Box Trucks – Must Know Partials, Load Boards, and U.S. Compliance We are looking for an experienced dispatcher to help manage and grow our U.S.-based box truck operations. This role requires strong English communication, deep knowledge of U.S. logistics practices, and the ability to coordinate efficiently without direct access to sensitive credentials. What You’ll Do • Source and book freight for box trucks across multiple load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.). • Plan and manage partials (multiple loads on one truck) to maximize profitability. • Schedule, track, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time pick-ups and deliveries. • Maintain daily communication with drivers, brokers, and company management. • Provide clear updates, documentation, and problem-solving if issues arise on the road. • Operate within U.S. trucking laws and regulations – Hours of Service (HOS), ELD use, insurance, compliance. • Work U.S. business hours to stay aligned with brokers, shippers, and drivers. What We’re Looking For • Excellent written and spoken English – you must be able to clearly and professionally communicate with U.S. brokers and drivers. • Proven dispatch experience – especially with box trucks and partial load planning. • Strong load board knowledge – experience using multiple platforms to consistently find freight. • Understanding of U.S. compliance – knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, HOS, and related laws. • No credential access needed – you should know how to operate dispatching tools and processes without requiring login access to sensitive company accounts. • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and adapt quickly to changing loads and driver needs. • Must be able to work in real-time with U.S. hours (Eastern or Central Time preferred).
