Key Responsibilities -Record daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and payments across retail and e-commerce platforms. -Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, merchant accounts, and payment processors (e.g., Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, Amazon). -Monitor inventory transactions and cost of goods sold (COGS) to ensure accuracy in reporting. -Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review. -Assist with sales tax filings and compliance across multiple states/regions. -Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes. -Collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation and year-end close. -Maintain accurate, organized financial records and documentation.
