We provide database solutions, application development, infrastructure supports, network engineering, and high-end computing using innovative technologies to the health agencies. We are looking for a Architecture Consultant for one of our FEDERAL projects. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Consultantwith a strong foundation in system design, integration, implementation, and sustainment. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing and optimizing complex IT infrastructures, with a deep understanding of operating systems, networking, middleware, applications, databases, and security. Role focus: Solution and platform architecture – ensuring the IRS M365 environment is well‑designed, scalable, and compliant, particularly around Power Platform, SharePoint, and AvePoint. Ideal background ● 7–10+ years as a M365 / SharePoint / Azure solution architect. ● Led design of multi‑tenant or large single‑tenant M365 deployments with complex governance. Key technical skills ● Designing Power Platform environments, pipelines, and data architecture (including Dataverse models and resource usage patterns). ● Architecting SharePoint Online and on‑premise farm infrastructure, including migration pathways and hybrid considerations. ● Designing integrations with AvePoint Online Services and other enterprise tools (Splunk, SFTP, etc.). ● Working with security specialist to embed Purview, DLP, and retention into the architecture. ● Actively contributing to Transition‑In/Transition‑Out plans, PMP, IMS, and architecture artefacts Soft skills ● Able to explain architectural decisions to both executives and devs. ● Strong diagramming and documentation; keeps architecture in sync with the QCP/QASP.
