Bookkeeping + Financial Oversight (Part-Time / Ongoing)
We are a growing specialty coffee shop looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper who can also provide clear financial visibility to ownership. This role goes beyond basic data entry — we want clean books and simple insights that help us run the shop better. his is not a CFO role, but it does require financial judgment, not just data entry. This is a great fit for someone who has worked with retail, food & beverage, or hospitality businesses. What You’ll Do: Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Categorize expenses properly (COGS, labor, ops) Prepare monthly P&L + cash flow summary Flag unusual expenses or margin changes What We’re Looking For: Strong QuickBooks Online experience (required) Coffee shop / restaurant / retail experience preferred Ability to explain numbers clearly and simply Organized, proactive, and responsive Nice to Have: Familiarity with POS systems (Square, Toast) Inventory-related bookkeeping experience To Apply Please include: QBO experience Relevant industry experience How you typically present monthly financials Hourly or monthly rate Apply tot his job
