Our company is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable and friendly Bookkeeper/Assistant
with an accounting background highly preferred to perform the following duties on a part time basis:
Assist with bookkeeping duties, recording daily transactions.
Reconcile credit card accounts.
Assist with monitoring actual expenses to budget and financial statement analysis.
Prepare regular reports to provide to management team. Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
Assist Accounting Administrator with tasks, as needed.
This is a part time position. Hourly rate is up to $25 p/hour based on experience.

Previous Bookkeeping experience
Quickbooks Online experience
