Responsibilities
⢠Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication among team members.

⢠Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.

⢠Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.

⢠Maintain the general ledger accounting system, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.

⢠Process payroll accurately and on time, adhering to all applicable regulations.

⢠Utilize Sage, Quicken, or other accounting software for financial reporting and analysis.

⢠Assist in corporate accounting tasks as needed, providing support during audits or financial reviews.

⢠Provide customer service (phone orders) as needed.
Requirements
⢠Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role with a focus on accounting functions.

⢠Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles and practices.

⢠Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and Quicken; familiarity with other financial tools is a plus.

⢠Experience with payroll processing and general ledger accounting is essential.
