This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. M-F schedule with two evenings. A Masters degree and independent license is required for this position. We will consider well qualified provisionally licensed clinicians. The Therapist delivers quality mental health services and programming associated with grief and loss, and life transitions to all adults and children, as well as provides direct clinical services to children and their families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Catch-Up Accounting: Dive into our past financial records with the precision of a historian, ensuring every transaction is accurately captured.
Reconciliation: Be the bridge between our bank statements and accounting records, ensuring every penny is accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
QuickBooks Mastery: Utilize QuickBooks to its fullest potential, making sure our financial data is tidy, tagged, and truthful.
Financial Reporting: Prepare reports that tell the story of where weve been financially, guiding us on where we need to go.
Supportive Collaboration: Work closely with our team to clarify any financial mysteries and provide insights that help us better understand our financial narrative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Proven track record with at least 2 years in a bookkeeping role, with bonus points for experience in the mental health or consulting sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must-have; familiarity with other financial software is a bonus.
