Book Designer (Fiction/Non-Fiction)

The role We’re looking for talented designers with editorial experience to help authors bring their books to life. We welcome experienced professionals in any of the following services: • Cover design • Interior layout • Typography • Illustration • Production management As a freelance designer on Reedsy, you will decide which projects to take on and set your own rates. You will collaborate directly with authors and be expected to understand their vision, guide them with your knowledge of book design trends and industry standards, and deliver work that meets a high professional bar. You will choose which projects to take on, set your own rates, and manage your availability for new work. Contracts and payments are automatically handled so you can stay focused on your craft.
