We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including individual traders, high-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more. Responsibilities: Support senior team members to create and execute impactful campaigns tailored towards all of the Binance users across different functions, products and markets in MENASupport the team in campaign coordination, management and execution.Ideate, recommend, execute, & analyze campaigns and experiments.Lead in CRM marketing platform administration, operations, campaign execution and post-campaign performance tracking.Assist with ad-hoc and housekeeping tasks as required.Coordinate marketing efforts between central and local teams.Assist in planning and executing community events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars, meetups, and other community events and workshops. Requirements: Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.Passionate team player who is keen to look for solid work experience in CRM and/or Marketing in general.A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with Business units and local teams.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additionally Arabic would be an advantage.Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
