Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Immediate Hiring for Detail-Oriented Individuals with Strong Analytical Skills

Job Overview
This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your key deliverables will include processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents, and processing Corporate Activity Activities, among other tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/ address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and the fund companies or transfer agents
Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions task, and process/reconcile returns activity
Analyze complex/escalated issues, perform testing/validation of new technology enhancements, and provider changes
Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce
Interact with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and provide exceptional client service
Duties Analysis
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests, client/advisor amount exceptions, regulatory commitments, and reconciliations of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks. You will also be required to review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding issues.
Troubleshooting
In this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot internal/external system improvements or issues, identify the root cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, and other external partners, and provide method or technology solution alternatives to Management. You will also be responsible for remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm, Client or Business Partner, and answering business partner inquiries regarding Fund information requirements/eligibility.
