Current university students and recent graduates. Responsibilities
Support to develop the user growth strategy for advanced earn business including but not limited to user campaigns, product development and marketing plan.
Support to develop the user growth strategy for advanced earn business including but not limited to user campaigns, product development and marketing plan.
Initiate specific campaign and marketing proposals, and work closely with other internal teams (product team, data team and external partner) to deliver results.
Measure ROI of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance.
Copywriting and proof-reading content pieces, including announcement, social media, communications and so on.
Understand the dynamics of the industry, guide and enhance the user readership and following rate through content planning and other means. Requirements
Had experience in developing marketing strategy in driving user growth, hands on experience in operations, community management.
Knowledge in finance and crypto industry is required, knowledge of user acquisition, lifecycle management is desirable.
User insight and modelling skills with strong business sense.
Basic knowledge about data analysis tools, proficiency using Excel/Sheets is a must.
Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the communities and partners.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
Fully remote, open to candidates from different countries in Asia/Middle East time zone. Additional Information
