We are currently seeking highly motivated construction professionals to join our company in a BIM/ VDC Team, located in Phoenix, AZ.Primary ResponsibilitiesFacilitate problem solving using technology and collaboration with project teams, both internal and externalCoordinate the workload of yourself and others for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s)Ensure modeling efforts and deliverables are completed to solve construction issuesUnderstand and contribute to the VDC coordination schedule by tracking the responsibilities of all relevant stakeholdersEnsure that the team is identifying and resolving coordination conflicts using clash detection in NavisworksLead clash resolution and coordination meetings, seeing all items through to completionUse modeling best practices and company standards to produce accurate modelsConduct quality reviews of modeled scope from others and confirm compliance with the contract documentsEnsure the team is applying concepts from training sessions and lessons learned to facilitate project coordinationEnsure that VDC services are delivered in accordance with our standards and best practicesTrain and develop the professional skills of fellow team membersUnderstand and contribute to VDC goals and company initiativesRequirements For This Position Include3-5 years of BIM/VDC experience working on commercial construction projectsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combination of training and experienceWillingness to relocate and travel Willingness to learn, grow, and further develop relevant professional skillsAbility to help teammates learn, grow and develop their professional skillsProficient with 3D modeling and coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, & NavisworksAbility to work in a collaborative environment as well as independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and others as applicableStrong working knowledge of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedulesStrong working knowledgeof the construction management process (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings).Successful candidates will also possess outstanding communication and time management skills, willingness to relocate, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
