About This Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be the frontline ambassador for some of the world's most recognized brands. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as digital communication channels. This role requires fluent proficiency in both French and English, as you'll be assisting customers in their preferred language.
