What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our client experience. Delivering Outstanding Customer Service

Greet every client with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine smile that sets the tone for their entire experience
Ensure every visitor feels valued, understood, and respected from the moment they walk through our doors
Listen attentively to client needs and concerns, responding with empathy and professionalism
Address questions, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area that reflects our commitment to excellence


Driving Sales and Membership Growth

Promote the value of our Total Body Care approach by educating clients on the benefits of integrated wellness services
Present and sell the arenaflex Wellness Program, helping clients understand how membership can transform their health journey
Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new and expanded services based on their needs and preferences
Encourage clients to book future appointments, creating consistency in their wellness routines
Recommend homecare retail products that complement in-clinic services, helping clients extend their self-care practices at home


Supporting Clinic Operations

Master our scheduling systems to efficiently book appointments and manage client calendars
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing information and resolving inquiries
Respond to emails and digital communications with the same care and attention you give to in-person interactions
Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth transitions throughout the client visit
Collaborate with service providers to maintain seamless communication about client preferences and needs


Building Lasting Client Relationships

Develop rapport with repeat clients, remembering their preferences and making them feel like family
Reach out to clients via phone and email to nurture relationships and encourage continued engagement
Contribute to client retention by consistently delivering experiences that exceed expectations
