Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • Speak to potential customers (English + Spanish) about the benefits of going solar — cost savings, energy independence, the whole deal. • Promote solar solutions like a pro — recommend packages, overcome objections, and move people to action. • Know your stuff — explain why Direct Solar beats the competition (we’ll train you to back it up). • Stay sharp and responsive — manage follow-up emails, callbacks, and appointment scheduling like a machine. • Work as part of a team that’s hungry and collaborative — we don’t do lone wolves or slow movers.
