Join us in shaping a future where every business owner has the opportunity to thrive.Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Sales Development Representative, where you'll research and prospect potential partners through cold calls, emails, and social strategies to set up demos for Account Executives. You'll manage follow-ups and pipelines, effectively communicate our value proposition, and diligently use CRM to capture data. Experience in outbound sales and CRM software is a plus.Compensation: $62,500 annually (OTE) which includes a base salary of $42,500 and up to $20,000 in commissions.Modality: Hybrid (based on performance; plan on working onsite during the first 30-60 days)FLSA Exemption: ExemptWhat you'll be doing: Research, and prospect potential partners via cold calls, email, & social strategies with the goal of setting up demos for Account Executives.Consistent follow-up and pipeline management via phone, email, various chat features.Effectively communicates the company's value proposition to potential partners.Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate notes.Responsible for qualifying leads and engaging with prospective partners.Produce creative strategies for targeting decision makers at prospect accounts to set demos and influence company revenue.What you have: Drives for Results - highly productive; meets or exceeds multiple/simultaneous deadlines while maintaining a calm, fun, and always professional demeanor.Thinks Critically - ability to understand Clicklease's business and its evolving needs.Flexible - readily adjusts strategy and tactics to meet evolving business needs.High success rate in meeting and exceeding sales goals.Communicates Effectively – clearly and proactively communicates to partners.Consistently brings an engaged, positive attitude and likes to WIN!Magnetic Personality – customers & co-workers feel an instant connection with you and are drawn to you.Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)What will make you stand outExperience in outbound B2B or B2C salesFamiliarity with CRM systems, especially SalesforceBackground in retail, wholesale, or equipment financing industriesTechnological proficiency and ability to learn new systems quicklyWhy Work for ClickleaseAt Clicklease, we believe small businesses are the backbone of the economy—and we’re here to help them grow.
