Bilingual Recruiter – Search Talent for USA companies
Core Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: From sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with the needs of the U.S. market.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards to manage and optimize selection processes.Conduct structured interviews and evaluations to identify top talent.Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand specific profiles and requirements.Stay updated on U.S. labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and employer branding strategies.RequirementsRequirements:Education: Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience: 1–2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally for U.S.-based positions.Language Proficiency: English Level B2–C1 (Mandatory).
