The Opportunity As our Managing Immigration Attorney, you will become the anchor of our legal team. Your ImpactYou Will Lead With Excellence • Oversee and elevate all attorney work across humanitarian and family-based immigration matters • Serve as the final voice on complex or high-risk filings • Ensure legal strategies align with current law, policy, and best practices You Will Develop People • Mentor attorneys into confident, independent decision-makers • Set clear expectations and offer honest, constructive feedback • Foster a professional culture rooted in ownership, collaboration, and respect You Will Build Systems That Endure • Own legal SOPs, playbooks, and review standards • Turn hard-won experience into repeatable processes • Replace chaos with clarity as the firm continues to grow You Will Support Clients Ethically • Participate in attorney consultations, especially complex or high-impact cases • Guide clients through difficult decisions with clarity and compassion • Help ensure consults are ethical, confident, and aligned with our mission You Will Protect What Matters • Uphold the ethical and professional standards • Identify risk early and address it decisively • Serve as a steward of trust—for our clients, our team, and our reputation You Will Shape the Culture • Model calm, grounded leadership in a high-stakes practice • Encourage attorney collaboration and engagement • Help transition the firm from founder-dependent to leadership-driven Who This Role Is For This role is for an attorney who: • Wants real influence, not just a title • Takes pride in doing things the right way • Thinks in systems, not silos • Leads with humility, confidence, and courage • Understands that leadership is service What You Bring • 5+ years of immigration law experience • Deep familiarity with humanitarian relief (T-Visa, U-Visa, VAWA) • Prior leadership or mentoring experience • Fluency in Spanish • Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and operational mindset • Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment What This Role Is Not This is not: • A passive senior associate position • A role for someone who avoids accountability • A marketing or influencer position (participation optional) • A job for someone who needs constant direction This is a leadership seat.
