The Bilingual Inbound Call Center position is a full-time remote role focused on assisting new and existing patients in scheduling appointments at dental offices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly disposition, and the ability to multitask effectively while handling inbound calls. Responsibilities

⢠Accurately schedule and cancel patient appointments, inputting correct patient data into systems.

⢠Effectively converse in Spanish while entering information into systems in English.
Requirements
⢠High School diploma or equivalent.

⢠1 year of experience using both English and Spanish languages in a professional and/or contact center capacity.

⢠Basic computer skills.
