Bilingual ~Fully Remote ~Vacation Rental Host ~ Part Time ~12 to 16hr/week ~ Weekend Night Shift
Top Vacation Rental Company in Puerto Rico managing over 45 properties on the island is seeking a diligent and fully bilingual (Spanish/English) individual for the position of Remote Host
PART TIME: 12-16 hours per week
AVAILABILITY: Must be available for work during the following days and hours, which schedule will be assigned by the company:
• Fridays: 5:30PM-10:30PM
• Saturdays: 12PM-10:30PM
• Sundays: 12PM-10:30PM
PAY: $13-$14 an hour
Work is fully remote. Excellent internet is required.
Candidate would be responsible for performing the following tasks:
• Answer emails and calls from prospect guests, provide information about our properties, availability, rates and handle new reservations
• Provide assistance to guests currently staying in our properties
• Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints
• Coordinate service with plumbers, electricians, AC repairmen and handyman
• Prepare excel file with cost details of service rendered
• Prepare daily report of events
Qualifications
• High school diploma
• Be knowledgeable of Excel and Word
• Fully Bilingual with excellent communications skills verbal, written and auditory (Spanish/English)
• Be able to handle difficult situations
• Good and positive hospitality, welcoming and friendly attitude
• Self-starting individual
• Has an organized disposition
• Honest
