Job Overview As a Bilingual French and English Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via inbound and outbound calls and/or internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support and resolve common issues and questions related to our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English) Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and compassion.
