Offer personalized insurance coverage recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Manage leads from various sources, making outbound calls to potential customers and scheduling appointments. Initially shadow experienced agents to learn the consultative sales process, with the goal of independently managing sales activities. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing information about products and services. Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities, analyzing customer needs to recommend the best solutions. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
