What You'll Do in This Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) working from home, you will:
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
Follow, document, and retrieve information in multiple database systems
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services, including: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate
Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile
Resolve common problems and address questions regarding client products and/or services
Interface with customers via incoming/outgoing calls and/or the internet
Provide exceptional support while representing the arenaflex brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Essential Requirements:
Fluency in both French and English – you must speak both languages professionally
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
A quiet, distraction-free home office environment
Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge
Multitasking abilities with speed and accuracy
Desire to learn new technologies
A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing
High-speed internet (no wireless connections/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with iOS and/or MacOS operating systems
Previous experience in technical support or e-commerce customer service
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment
