Dacra Tech is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who brings enthusiastic energy to every call from citizens inquiring about speed camera enforcement tickets. This position requires bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) and sworn or former sworn police officer experience to effectively interpret and explain traffic enforcement procedures. The CSR will play an important role in building trust and delivering a respectful, helpful experience. When not supporting citizen calls, the CSR would review Automated Speed Enforcement events to ensure accuracy. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from wherever you are, all while being part of a supportive and mission driven team. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with prior law enforcement experience (former sworn police officer required) to support our Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) program. This position requires bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish to ensure citizens receive clear and respectful assistance regarding speed camera enforcement tickets.


Key Responsibilities
• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service calls to support citizens with questions about speed camera enforcement tickets.
• Review, validate, and approve automated speed enforcement events for compliance and accuracy.
• Apply knowledge of law enforcement procedures to ensure fair and consistent event reviews.
• Accurately document case details and escalate issues as necessary.
• Educate citizens on ASE processes while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Utilize Dacra Tech software platforms to manage cases and approvals.
• Contribute to team efforts that improve service quality and community trust.

Qualifications
• Former sworn police officer experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written) required.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting after training.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using software including Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior call center or public-facing customer service experience is a plus.
