We are seeking a Bilingual Client Onboarding & Servicing Associate to support both high-touch client servicing and scalable onboarding operations.
This role operates across two core areas:

High-touch support: partnering closely with Associate Portfolio Managers (APMs) to support the delivery of a precise, responsive experience for high-net-worth clients
Scalable operations: managing structured onboarding and servicing workflows with efficiency, accuracy, and consistency

Success in this role requires the ability to move seamlessly between these two environments - maintaining discipline in repeatable processes while applying sound judgment, prioritization, and adaptability in more complex situations.

This position is open to candidates across Canada, with core working hours aligned to the Mountain Time zone.

What You’ll Do
Client Onboarding & Workflow Management

Own end-to-end onboarding workflows, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Proactively move onboarding files forward and follow through on outstanding items
Coordinate with internal teams and custodians to ensure smooth execution

Client Servicing Support

Support Associate Portfolio Managers (APMs) in delivering a high-quality client experience
Manage incoming servicing requests with urgency and sound judgment
Ensure all work reflects the level of care expected for high-net-worth clients

Account & Transaction Administration

Process account updates, EFTs, wires, transfers, and related transactions
Monitor and follow up on transfers and account activity with custodians
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across systems

Reporting & Deliverables

Prepare and distribute client reports and tax documents
Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner closely with APMs in a high-accountability working relationship
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, and efficiency
Support automation, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives


What You Bring
Required

Bilingual in French and English
3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similar environment
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Sound judgment and ability to work independently with minimal direction
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with data, systems, and evolving processes
Ability to balance structured, process-driven work with dynamic, high-priority requests

Ce rîle s’articule autour de deux volets principaux :

Soutien à haut niveau de service : collaboration étroite avec les gestionnaires de portefeuille adjoints (APM) afin de soutenir une expérience client précise et réactive pour une clientÚle fortunée
OpĂ©rations Ă©volutives : gestion des processus d’intĂ©gration et de service Ă  la clientĂšle de maniĂšre efficace, rigoureuse et cohĂ©rente

La rĂ©ussite dans ce rĂŽle repose sur la capacitĂ© Ă  passer efficacement d’un environnement Ă  l’autre, en combinant rigueur opĂ©rationnelle et jugement dans des situations plus complexes.
Ce poste est ouvert aux candidats à travers le Canada, avec des heures de travail alignées sur le fuseau horaire des Rocheuses.

Responsabilités principales
Intégration des clients et gestion des processus

GĂ©rer les processus d’intĂ©gration de bout en bout avec exactitude et rigueur
Faire progresser les dossiers de maniÚre proactive et assurer le suivi des éléments en suspens
Coordonner avec les équipes internes et les dépositaires pour assurer une exécution fluide

Soutien au service Ă  la clientĂšle

Soutenir les APM dans la prestation d’un service client de haute qualitĂ©
Gérer les demandes avec rapidité et jugement
S’assurer que le travail reflĂšte les standards attendus pour une clientĂšle fortunĂ©e

Administration des comptes et transactions

Traiter les mises Ă  jour de comptes, transferts, EFT, virements et autres transactions
Assurer le suivi des transferts et des activités auprÚs des dépositaires
Maintenir des dossiers clients exacts et Ă  jour

Rapports et livrables

Préparer et distribuer les rapports clients et documents fiscaux
Assurer l’exactitude et le respect des Ă©chĂ©anciers

Collaboration et amélioration continue

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les APM dans un environnement exigeant
Identifier des opportunitĂ©s d’amĂ©lioration des processus et de la qualitĂ© des donnĂ©es
Contribuer aux initiatives d’automatisation, de conformitĂ© et d’amĂ©lioration opĂ©rationnelle


Profil recherché
Exigences

Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
Minimum de 3 ans d’expĂ©rience en gestion de patrimoine, services financiers ou domaine connexe
Grande attention aux détails et souci de la qualité
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
Bon jugement et autonomie dans l’exĂ©cution du travail
