Job Title: Bilingual Client Care Administrator (Remote, Part-Time) Location: Remote (For Wheaton, IL Office) Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week) Schedule: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Fixed Schedule) Compensation: $20/hour About Us: At Blue Kite Wellness, we believe healing begins with compassionate, accessible, and relationship-centered care. Role Overview: We are looking for a Bilingual Client Care Administrator to join our remote team in a part-time role. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting families through administrative and client-facing tasks. This position is perfect for someone who values relationship-centered care and enjoys working in a flexible, remote environment. This role is open for those who reside within the state of Illinois. Responsibilities: • Bilingual communication with families, assisting with cold calls, appointment setting, and client coordination • Administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document management • Customer service, ensuring that clients’ needs are met with empathy and professionalism • Marketing support, helping promote the practice’s programs and services to the community Requirements: • Bilingual (Spanish) • Experience in medical office settings, including scheduling and client communication is a plus! • Familiarity with EHR (TherapyAppointment), CRM tools (RingCentral), and Microsoft 365 • Experience with tools like Jotform and Excel • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work remotely and independently in a supportive, flexible work environment Who You Are: • Warm, engaging, and friendly personality • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Outgoing and compassionate, with a natural ability to connect with clients Additional Information: • Start date: ASAP • Rate: $20/hour for US-based applicants • This is a remote role for those who reside in the state of Illinois Equal Opportunity Employer: We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
