Tax Advisory for working internationally and as a US traveling healthcare professional
I am seeking a tax advisor. I need expertise in international tax laws, working in 3 different states, working as a traveling physical therapist and as an independent contractor and minimizing capital gain tax fees. I am not looking for someone to prepare my taxes, just advice to ensure I am getting the maximum refund and following tax rules.
I need assistance navigating the complexities of tax obligations while having worked overseas as a licensed independent contractor that already paid taxes in the Republic of Georgia for 1 month. I want to make sure I am following the tax laws for while working away from my home and getting tax free living expense compensation as a traveling physical therapist. I want to ensure I am following the requirements to receive the tax free stipends. I also need advice on if my guiding work and teaching avalanche classes as an independent contractor is considered a small business or how to report it. Finally, I need advice on how to best decrease the impacts of my capital gains taxes when moving my investments to a lower fee account. I leave the country on March 20th and would need an appointment before I leave next week, PST.
