Bilingual Call Center Representative (English & Spanish) for Tax Relief Company
Remote call center is looking to hire an English/Spanish bilingual call center representative that will follow a script to assist callers with tax issues.
This is a remote position so you must have good quality internet.
You will be developing a personal relationship with our callers so you must have strong people skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā Acts as a facilitator between referral sources and our fulfillment providers regarding IRS tax debt and other financial or tax related services
Ā Consistently gains customer commitment throughout the referral process
Ā Develops and maintains positive relationships with key referral sources
Ā Act as a liaison between service providers and the customer
Ā Draft communications to prospective customers (text)
Ā Accurately refer clients to the appropriate provider organization
Ā Maintains thorough understanding of competitors' strengths and weaknesses and USPs of our partners
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Ā Fluent in both English and Spanish
Ā A minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience preferred
Ā Preferred experience in customer service, call centers, sales
Ā Experience in developing text and all strategies
Ā Excellent speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ā Ability to establish and develop relationships with leads
Ā Ability to clearly communicate with customers through phone call and email
Ā Results driven - documented success in exceeding goals or objectives.
Ā High School Diploma required
