Bilingual Business Analyst

Responsibilities
ā¢ Collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems and propose solutions
ā¢ Plan and design simple to moderately complex business processes and system modifications
ā¢ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
ā¢ Create test case scenarios and support business application testing
ā¢ Draft user stories and business requirements documentation
ā¢ Support QA, UAT, and release phases of projects
ā¢ Contribute to time estimations and procedural documentation
ā¢ Aid in understanding technical aspects of mobile/web apps
ā¢ Mentor other analysts and oversee their work as needed
ā¢ Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
ā¢ Experience in the insurance industry is required (health insurance or Insurtech preferred)
ā¢ Certification in health insurance (INS/LOMA/III) is a plus
ā¢ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, epics, sprints)
ā¢ Solid business analysis skills: facilitation, process mapping, UAT, requirements gathering
ā¢ Excellent time management and communication skills
ā¢ Familiarity with system functionality, data integration, and process documentation
ā¢ Technical writing experience is a bonus
ā¢ Fluent in both English and Spanish
ā¢ Prior experience working for a tech vendor serving insurance clients is highly preferred
