ā¢ Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code through regular reviews and feedback.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless systems integration and architectural alignment.
ā¢ Drive key technical decisions and provide troubleshooting solutions across multiple project teams.
qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency in Spring Boot development.
Extensive background in Custom Application Development and Software Design & Solutions.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing technical deliverables.
