As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in representing our brand and building lasting relationships with our customers. You will be the voice of arenaflex, assisting policyholders with their auto insurance needs and ensuring their experiences with us are positive and seamless. Position Overview

This is a primarily home-based position that offers the perfect balance between remote work and occasional in-person collaboration. You will spend approximately 80% of your time (four or more days per week) working from the comfort of your home, with proximity to one of our office locations required (within approximately 35-50 miles). This arrangement allows you to enjoy the benefits of working from home while still maintaining connection with your team through periodic in-person gatherings.

Occasional travel to an office location may be required for team meetings, training sessions, and culture events. We believe in the power of face-to-face connection to strengthen team bonds and foster collaboration, which is why we value these in-person engagement opportunities.

Work Location Requirements:

Madison, Wisconsin area (approximately 35-50 miles)
Phoenix, Arizona area (approximately 35-50 miles)
Nashville, Tennessee area (approximately 35-50 miles)

Compensation and Start Date

Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour
Start Date: November 11, 2024
Compensation Range: $23.00 - $30.76 per hour
Pay Rate Type: Hourly
Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates


Compensation may vary based on job level and geographic work location. Additionally, if you currently hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license, you will receive a signing bonus of $250.00!

Training Requirements
Mandatory training will be conducted virtually for the first six weeks of employment to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.

Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
Note: No time off can be taken during the training period


Work Schedule
Once training is complete, your schedule will align with one of the following options:

Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST, with rotating Saturday shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST)
Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST, Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST)


Normal business hours also include Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Friday 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST, and rotating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Responding to auto policy-related inquiries received from agents, agency staff, operations teams, and customers with professionalism and accuracy
Providing outstanding customer service while working diligently to meet and exceed customer needs
Aiming to resolve inquiries on the first call, minimizing effort required from the customer to provide maximum value
Developing comprehensive knowledge of company systems and multiple application trainings associated with policy processing
Responding to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts under supervision
Attending required training activities and obtaining necessary licenses to acquire skills needed for career advancement
Providing input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes
Following procedures and continuous process improvement standard work
Maintaining fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively serve our diverse customer base


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient typing/keyboarding skills (minimum 30 words per minute)
Experience with various PC software applications, including Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and rotating Saturdays
Must live within 35-50 miles of one of our office locations (Madison, WI; Phoenix, AZ; or Nashville, TN)


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Property & Casualty (P&C) License - if currently active, you will receive a $250 bonus!
Previous experience in the insurance industry
Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment
Knowledge of auto insurance policies and coverage types
